Participant interested in the Chicago Early Intervention Network should contact the phone or email number below.  Our trained team is ready to discuss any questions you may have.  We are also happy to speak with providers, and to answer any questions about eligibility.  If you are under 18, and interested in participating, please be sure to have a parent or guardian with you when you call.  Those interested in our studies are welcome to participate in either one, or both Chicago Early Intervention Network Sites (i.e., SCAN Lab or ADAPT Lab).  Please call in and we can also help you to determine which site might be the best fit for your preferences and needs.
